Nu-Derm Exfoderm Forte is a daily, lightweight lotion with glycolic and lactic acids that exfoliates and removes old dull skin while promoting natural skin turnover for a noticeably smoother, brighter complexion for thicker, oilier skins. Glycolic acid is a colourless, odourless, water loving alpha-hydroxy-acid (AHA). It’s the smallest naturally occurring AHA, which allows it to penetrate the skin more deeply and easily.

It advances desquamation, quickening the rate of cell turnover. Glycolic acid also targets tyrosinase activity which helps to brighten the skin. Lactic acid (AHA) is a larger molecule that also exfoliates by breaking down the material that holds dead skin together, allowing it to shed naturally while also helping to boost hydration levels in the skin. Lactic Acid also helps to inhibit melanin formation in melanocytes, reducing hyperpigmentation.
